It's easy to create and track an itemized bill with Work In Progress builders
software. Simply select which job you want a bill for, then enter an itemized
invoice with as much detail as necessary - the descriptions can be as
long as you want. Print the invoice on 8 1/2 x 11" plain paper,
there is no need to purchase costly forms.
Print a complete billing, change order and payment ledger for a job
to verify and track bills and payments. If you want to know what bills
are delinquent or getting old, print an accounts receivable aging report.
Easily enter payments for bills and change orders. You can see the
complete billing and payment transaction history for a job on the screen
when you are in the 'Customer Billing and Payments View'. It's hard
to make a mistake because all the information you need is at your fingertips.
